For the fifth year in a row, RAA Insurance has received Canstar awards for Most Satisfied Customers (Car Insurer SA) and Most Satisfied Customers (Home Insurer SA).
In an independent consumer survey conducted by Australian research and financial comparison institution Canstar, RAA home and car insurance customers reported higher levels of product and service satisfaction than those of other eligible insurers.
More than 9000 consumers from across Australia were surveyed, with 6123 holding a car insurance policy and another 4687 with home insurance.
Customers rated their satisfaction based on a range of factors including value for money, customer service, comprehensiveness of cover and communication.
RAA Insurance Product and Pricing Manager Shaun Ryan says winning both awards for the fifth time in a row is an honour for RAA.
“The awards show how committed we are to providing outstanding service to our customers,” Shaun says.
It’s a feat RAA is proud of, and it’s recognition of the fact that members remain at the forefront of the organisation.
“Our RAA Insurance team is driven and wants to do everything they can to help South Australians protect their most important assets.”
